1. Service Description
SendAFaxNow.com provides a simple, secure, pay-per-use online fax delivery service to send PDF or Word documents to U.S.-based fax numbers. No account or subscription is required.
2. Pricing
Each fax costs $2.99 USD, billed through Stripe. You are responsible for verifying the correct fax number and recipient before submitting a document. No refunds are offered for incorrect numbers or failed deliveries due to user error.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to send:
- Unsolicited advertisements or spam
- Threatening, obscene, or illegal content
- Medical, financial, or sensitive personal data without appropriate consent
4. File Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you upload. We do not review, store, or edit your faxes. Files are deleted after the fax is processed.
5. Delivery & Reliability
We use secure, modern fax APIs to transmit documents. While most faxes go through in under a minute, we cannot guarantee delivery success for all numbers. No refunds are issued for failed faxes due to issues beyond our control (e.g., recipient fax offline, wrong number, no answer).
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from use or misuse of our service. Your use is entirely at your own risk.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our instant pay-per-fax service, all sales are final. If you believe there was a technical issue, contact us at support@sendafaxnow.com and we’ll review the matter.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, designs, and branding — is the property of SendAFaxNow.com and may not be reused without permission.
