1. Service Description
SendAFaxNow.com provides a secure, pay-per-use online fax delivery service that allows users to send PDF or Word documents to U.S.-based fax numbers. No account or subscription is required.
2. Pricing
Each fax costs $2.99 USD and is processed through Stripe. You are responsible for verifying the correct fax number and recipient before submitting your document. No refunds are issued for user errors.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send:
- Unsolicited advertisements or spam
- Threatening, obscene, or illegal content
- Medical, financial, or sensitive personal data without proper authorization
4. File Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of all documents you upload. We do not review or modify your files. Documents are temporarily processed and then deleted in accordance with our internal retention policy.
5. Delivery & Reliability
We use modern, secure fax delivery providers to transmit your documents. While most faxes are delivered quickly, we cannot guarantee success for all destinations. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to factors outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Send A Fax Now LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Refund Policy
Because the Service is provided instantly, all sales are final. If you believe a technical issue occurred, please contact support@sendafaxnow.com and we will review your request.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design on this Website are the property of Send A Fax Now LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
