You can fax to any valid U.S. fax number.
Is my document secure?
Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit and deleted immediately after the fax is processed.
How will I know if my fax was sent?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your fax is successfully delivered.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Please double-check the number before submitting. Contact support if there was a technical issue.
What happens if the fax fails?
We’ll attempt delivery. If it fails due to the recipient line being busy, turned off, or incorrect, no refund is issued.
Can I fax internationally?
At this time, our service supports U.S.-based numbers only.
How fast is fax delivery?
Faxes are typically sent within 1–2 minutes of payment confirmation.
Can I fax from my phone?
Yes, our site is mobile-friendly. You can fax from your smartphone or tablet.
Do you store any of my documents?
No. All documents are permanently deleted after your fax is sent.
